Untrustworthy

I brought several hundreds of pounds worth of furniture from this outfit. They did not deliver it at all, kept promising it would turn up, them kept promising a refund, then went off the radar and refused to answer any calls or messages. They are fraudsters and still owe me a lot of money and have done for a long time.
