Sheeting/Cladding
From repairing the smallest leak to the replacement of a complete roof, Formby Cladding and Maintenance’s Sheeting and Cladding Division can offer customers the highest standard of workmanship and service available today.
On larger projects our Sheeting and Cladding Division will need to liaise with the relevant persons on site to ensure inconvenience is kept to a minimum and the safety of others is not compromised by our activity.

Flat Roof
Being able to offer our clients the option of having a traditional built up felt system or the more modern single-ply membrane to attend to their flat roof problems has given us a distinct advantage over our competitors.
Both systems have their merits. The majority of flat roofs will have a traditional built up felt waterproofing system and therefore any necessary repairs are usually quickest carried out using traditional felt.
It is when all or the major part of a roof needs replacing, that consideration must be given to a single-ply system.
In consultation with our client, Formby Cladding and Maintenance can give unbiased advice as to which system is both appropriate and cost effective to the clients needs.
Gutters
A large number of the problems associated with roofs are a direct result of people neglecting to carry out simple gutter cleaning and maintenance. Even a brand new gutter will, depending on your location, collect debris that if left will affect the efficiency of the gutter.
The change in our climate means gutters can often no longer cope with the volume of water running off the roof. Any obstruction can potentially lead to water penetrating the building.
